Thanks everyone for all the help these last (3) weeks with getting my SIM setup.

I have one last issue:
EMAIL NOTIFICATION NOT WORKING...

Sending failed; class javax.mail.AuthenticationFailedException

Have searched all through here nothing?

Hi,

Seems you are having a authentication problem as the message states.

Do get more info, click on "OPTIONS-> Automatic Event Handling - Manage Tasks"

Then choose the task you are using for notifications and then click on "Task Results" button below. YOu will then be displayed last tasks that have been run. Choose one instance and more information will be displayed for the failure.

Albert, thanks, but did that. That is where I find the java error, and that is all it says. I'll try looking around the net for the java error and authentication issue.

Hi,

Have you tested the credentials, have you logged in to your mail program with the ones specified for sim?

The only way i see how to verify with sim, is when you setup the email notification task... i'm using a known good account, that never has an issue. is there a way to verify this is working with SIM?
