This happens to both a server that has "Trust All" mode and with a server with "Trust by certificate". I have imported the certificate through logging onto the SMH of both servers with similar results. This just seems stupid if I have to import certificates to all 350 managed servers in HPSIM after a SP upgrade.

Now when you ask, "Did I re-import the certificate", I assume you are asking if I went to the SMH of the server (https://servername:2381) then to Settings/Trusted Manaement Servers/Trusted Certificates List and Removed the old cert for the CMS servers and then added by clicking Add Certificate From Server, right? This is what I did on both a server that had a cert. and one that was set to "Trust All". Neither change made a difference.
