      <description>Muchas Gracias por el dato. Mi problema es que cuando hago el discovery el HP SIm me muestra los equipos en la red, sin embargo los datos que aparecen no incluyen la version del sistema operativo ni el hardware que tiene. Hay que hacer algo en especial en los computadores o hacer algo con el HP sim?</description>

      <description>My problem is that when I do discovery the HP SIm shows the equipment to me in the network, nevertheless the data do not include the version of the operating system nor the hardware that it has. It is necessary to do something with the computers or to do something with the HP sim?</description>

      <description>Then just try to install it, it will tell you what version you have before the install,then you could install it for the Agent.&lt;BR /&gt;It seems not to be able to read you HP Agent,when you will install it and if it tell you that there is no Agent install ,then you go for it Install</description>
