I've looked at many threads and I think the search is broken as I searched on "upgrade" and it returned no results. Okay, so I logged on as the account I use to configure the repository (Domain Admin). Next, I ran the setup, then get to the Database Configuration screen. Everything is greyed out execpt for *my* domain admin account's password (not the account I'm currently logged onto). Well I figure I can change that later...

It verifies database access and moves on, I choose Typical installation. Now it's asking for service account credentials. All of the services run under the local system account in 4.2, so what do I put in as the password? Username (undefined) and domain (LocalSystem) are greyed out.

Please help!

Rick
