    <description>Since you mention WS03, I went and checked on something...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;With WS03 Remote Desktop, when using the advanced client, you can connect a remote session with the console.  You need to call the client in a specific way&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;  mstsc /v SERVERNAME /console&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I just confirmed that you can successfully install IM7's entire package with this option.</description>

      <title>Insight Manager Installation Problem</title>

      <description>I am trying to install Insight MGR 7 SP2.2 on an HP ML370 G2.  The server was recently upgraded to Windows Server 2003 Standard (from 2000 Server).  When the server was running Windows 2000 I was using Insight Manager 7 SP2 and everything was working well. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When I try to install Insight Mgr on Windows Server 2003 the installation hangs while trying to install the Proliant Performance Analyzer.  I have seen the server try to install the Performance Analyzer for 12 hours.  The problem is if I kill the installation everything looks like it was installed.  Unfortunatley I am able to access Insight Manager for some reason.  I keep getting a page cannot be displayed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If anyone has any ideas please let me know!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Dan</description>

      <description>Can you access the advanced client by clicking on the Remote Desktop Connection icon or is it a separate icon?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for your help though.  I was able to install everything, while sitting in front of the server.</description>
