    <description>If all the software &amp;amp; firmware are the same you may want to log a call and get an engineer in.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You still might want to bring things up to the latest s/w &amp;amp; f/w levels, some bugs do show up due to a unique set of circumstances and this server may be just having those while the others are not.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Recieved the below error on a DL580. Does anyone know how to fix the issue. Current server has v7.30 PSP installed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Event Type: Warning&lt;BR /&gt;Event Source: Storage Agents&lt;BR /&gt;Event Category: Events &lt;BR /&gt;Event ID: 1213&lt;BR /&gt;Date:  11/17/2006&lt;BR /&gt;Time:  11:03:59 AM&lt;BR /&gt;User:  N/A&lt;BR /&gt;Computer: CMSPRDHSA06&lt;BR /&gt;Description:&lt;BR /&gt;Storage System Temperature Status Change.&lt;BR /&gt;The COMPAQ   PROLIANT 4L4I    storage system connected to SCSI bus 1 of the controller in Slot 0 has a new temperature status of 3.&lt;BR /&gt;(Temperature status values: 1=other,2=ok,3=degraded,4=failed,5=notInstalled) &lt;BR /&gt;[SNMP TRAP: 8027 in CPQSTSYS.MIB]&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Is it getting too hot?&lt;BR /&gt;If not you might want to upgrade the agents to the latest version (7.60) and possibly check for any firmware upgrades available as there are sometime bugs in the reporting.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>We have number of same model servers in a rack as well as in the different rack, and none of them reporting any over heating problem like this one.  All servers are running with v7.30a PSP and same firmware version.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks.</description>
