      <description>I have some servers located in another domain. After I added to my SIM I only see the hardware status. What do I do to see the rest of the information?</description>

      <description>Make sure in the securite(HPSIM) that the usager you use is prÃ©sent in both domain,it shouldn't be a problem, but it help!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Are you re domain under the same Root of the AD?</description>

      <description>The other servers are in a sub domain so the user is present in both domains.</description>
