VMM Agent Deployment Error

I'm using SIM5.0 SP5 .
I'm trying to deploy VMM Agents
- Deployed Open SSH to the VM HOSTS without problem . The service is running on all the hosts
- Tried to deploy the VMM agent . It fails with the following Output in the CMS

You can always manually install it or sms or other deployment form.

The package is located in
C:\Program Files\HP\
HP Virtualization Management software\Agents\

Looks like you did not run the mxagentconfig command from the CMS.

Mxagentconfig -a -n "hostname" -u "username" -p "password"

run this command and then try deploying the agents.It should work fine.

thanks all for the inputs .
I did manage to install the packages by changing the defult user (administrator )that SIM is using while running remote jobs with a domain account .

Now I have a different problem .
It seems that CMS cannot connect to the VMM Agent .
MIght this be a problem related to SSH ?

Make sure you've licensed the host and then Deploy the VMM again ;-)

I did see this command in the manual , but it's not clear if "hostname" is the CMS name or the host itself .
The same for username and password , which one should I use ? The one the openssh service runs with ?

"hostname" is the vmm host that you have discovered in the CMS

Username/password : The credentials of the host that's been discovered

Hi ,
I still have problem with VMM agents.

A Sum up of the situation .
- The VM Hosts have been licensed and registered .
- The VMM Agents have been re-deployed.
- On All systems I can see the VMM Guests as "hosted-by" their respective hosts.
- I tried the following command on the CMS for one VM Host.

C:\WINDOWS>mxagentconfig -a -n "sshpbld1m1" -u "dom\user" -p "pwd"
dom\user and pwd were the one I used when deployed VMM Agent
GOT the message
Successfully registered as an agent to: sshpbld1m1.dom.com

Then I tried to create a backup and got the error in the attached file
