Event when Disk is broken

I have SIM 5 SP 5 running ok.
But one thing, I want to have a event when a disk is broken, I only see in the homepage of SIM that there is a minor issue running on a server.
How do I raise an event and later on a email message send to me.

The HP Agents on the server typically detect those and then send an SNMP Trap back to HPSIM.

You don't mention the server type.

You need to check the Trap destination in SNMP has been configured correctly on the server.

Servertype is a Windows 2003 SP1,
The trap is sent to the SIM server.

I see the health status change, but no event, or uncleared event showing in Sim
