      <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm trying to install Insight Manager 7 on an ML370 single processor, 512Mb RAM, W2K Server SP4 and all the latest patches.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It always 'hangs' at the point of 'Installing Proliant Performance Analyser' and will not get past this point either at the console or via RDP using the command line  "mstsc /v servername /console", which has been mentioned in a previous posting.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Are there any further sugesstions from anyone?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;Tim&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>If you're doing this via Terminal Services it's a known bug, discussed frequently in the Insight Manager 7 Forum (this forum is for the new HPSIM)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try installing it from a direct console.</description>

      <description>Does anyone have a solution to this issue, I have the same problem. IM7 Install crashes at this screen "Installing Proliant Performance Analyzer. Please wait..."&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am not using remote desktops or terminal services, I am actually in front of the console.</description>

      <description>I had to disable the Terminal services Service reboot then install and it worked, from the Console.</description>
