I am using automatic discovery but the ping inclusion ranges do not include the suubnets where the workstations reside.

How do I troubleshoot and determine how these workstations oare being discovered.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Paul

There's a setting where SIM recieves alerts from machines in a 'broadcast' context. THis means it's not looking for them, but they are looking for it.

Turn that off and you should be fine.
