Good Morning All,

Quick question, what ports need to be open between the server that SIM is running on and the iLo card in order for the cards to be discoverable and to associate the card with the correct server.

Thanks in advance

Stu

You should have :

WBEM uses HTTPS over port 5989
Web Agents use HTTPS over port 2381
DTF uses SSH-2 over port 22

This should be able to get it working this way

For the ILO, I'm not sure it needs wbem and the agent ports. It's web access is via the standard http (80) and https (443) ports. Both of these can be changed on the ilo itself.
There's also telnet and ssh if you want access that way.
I'm not 100% sure on what's required for the association, but one of the things needed on some of the LO cards is that the Data Returned (part of the SNMP / Insight settings) is Enabled or on some LO cards set to at least Medium.
