topic Product ID in Server Management - Systems Insight Manager

I'm looking at my Data Collection reports (actually my manager is), and we're not sseing anything populated for the Product ID field for almost all our servers. I'm using SIM 5.5 with PSP 7.6 installed on the clients. Most of the servers are DL380s, and almost all the other information in tha data collection is populated. Is anyone else having the same issue or know of a possible solution?

I've run a similar report, I only see this field populated on more recent generations. For my DL380's that's G4 and above.

I guess it's picked up somewhere from the BIOS.

I also do not see a product ID on anything before our G4's.
