    <description>sorted the installation problem.. soeone had removed some memory form the server and it only had 12mb left.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As for the Web agents I have found that if I stop the World Wide Web Publishing agent and then start the HP Insight Web agent it starts , I can then start the World Wide Web Publishing Agent without any erros</description>

      <title>SIM INstallation failure</title>

      <description>The SIM install seems to work fine until it reaches the stage that it is populating the database. the installation appears to hang, I have left the server overnight and the install bar refuses to move .&lt;BR /&gt;This is been installed on a &lt;BR /&gt;Windows 2000 Domain server SP4&lt;BR /&gt;Exchange 2000 &lt;BR /&gt;IIS server.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I also have problems starting the HP Insight Web agent while IIS is running. If I stop all the IIS services then the Web Agent will start.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
