On my ProLiant DL380 G2, I'm unable to see any information regarding the memory system board. Everything shows up as "N/A". Do I need to install new MIBS or something? I installed the PSP7.7 on it already, but that didn't seem to fix the problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

I tried rebooting and I didn't notice any change. So I uninstalled the agent, rebooted, reinstalled the agent, and rebooted which came back with the same result.

What is the browser you're using? You may want to see if the behaviour is consistent over different browsers.

I've seen this before but it went away. I've not yet got 7.70 on any older Servers so I can't test to see the status here.
I'm using IE6, but I don't have any other browsers to test. The way I initially discovered the issue was when I began using a SNMP GET request for OID .1.3.6.1.4.1.232.6.2.14.4. It didn't return "ok" or "degraded" so I checked the system management homepage and saw that it didn't have any information listed.

Do you have any DL380 G2 servers that show memory board status? If so, what version of the psp are you running?

Yep, we're running PSP 7.60.
When I go to the SMH and then the System-> Memory Subsystem it gives me a list of the DIMMS installed.

What I have found is that the System Config->System Board page just produces a blank page.

Not sure why this fixed the issue, but I cleared the Integrated Management Log and now the information is showing up correctly. The SNMP get also is returning the correct value now as well. Thanks for all of your help.
