    <description>I think I figured out my problem. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have a different username and password for the VCRM. I logged into the server with that username and re-ran the install package for VCRM 2.1.7. Everything looks good now.</description>

      <title>Version Control Agent issues</title>

      <description>I have an issue I need some help with. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Just updated my VCRM to 2.1.7. Said it was successful.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Now whenever i launch vcagent on a server it hangs for about 15 min. Then tells me it timed out and give me an "Internal server error" . anyone else having this issue?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Operating system:  Windows 2003  &lt;BR /&gt;     Version:  Systems Insight Manager 5.0 with SP5 - Windows  &lt;BR /&gt;     Build version:  C.05.00.02.00  &lt;BR /&gt;     Build date:  2006-05-23 11:07&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;  &lt;BR /&gt;Thanks a bunch</description>

      <description>Yes I am having the same issue. Have not figured out the resolution yet. Upgraged to SIM 7.70 now get the same message.</description>
