Hi,

Is it possible to run the insight manager "server" on linux? So far I only found a .exe download.

Perhaps the question should be, has anyone ever SUCCESSFULLY run the insight manager server on linux? I've been trying to get it to run for the last week, with no success on Red Hat ES 2.1 on a Proliant DL380. I placed a call to HP support, and they only know how to install it on a Windows platform.

Start a new thread with your specific questions. One thing I have seen frequently missed in the installation guide is that BOTH of the RPMs need to be addressed as a single command for the install...
