In smh 2.1.7.168 The serial number of MSA 30 is showing as N/A it is also not showing in ACU utility. if we connect the diffrent MSA 30 with same configuration it do show the serial number.<BR /><BR />Has anybody seen this issue before.<BR /><BR />Need help to further investigate this issue.
