topic Certificate Undefined in Server Management - Systems Insight Manager

Since we upgraded to SIM 5.1 and it went wrong, we have re-installed the CMS from scratch.

Now when we add the server certificate into the trusted servers on the managed node, it just says the certificate is undefined and you cannot remove it. This is only happening on a few different servers, but a re-installation of the PSP does not resolve it, nor does a repair.

Does anyone know why a certificate would be added as undefined?

Thanks

Are you saying you cannot delete the certificate from the agent?

I would try going to the agent and then from there deleting the certificate and re-importing it.
Now I've not tried this, but the certificates are stored in;
C:\hp\hpsmh\certs
You could try moving them to see if that resolves the issue.

That was worth knowing as I didn't know that's where they were stored, thanks. I stopped all the agents and removed the cert from that location, then restarted all the agents, went back in and re-imported the certificate and got the same undefined. I can't see that there's anything wrong with the server certificate either as most of our servers are ok.

Hello,

Can you see cert name on SMH: Settings -> Security -> Trusted Management Servers ?
Here you can also import additional one.

Regards.
