    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can verify from the support matrix whether the given system configuration is supported by PMP.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also, you can verify the SNMP settings on the client system, which must be made to 'Accept SNMP packets from any host'. For cross verification, you can try to exceute Options -&amp;gt; Data Collection for verifying SNMP communication with the system.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks.</description>

      <title>Can not run PMP online or offline Analysis</title>

      <description>when i try and run the Online Analysis for a server i am getting it keeps telling me No in the Toll Launch OK? box.  When i veiw the details it saying that the Properties for that server has the following failing conditions:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;OS Name: WINNT&lt;BR /&gt;OS Revision: 5.2.3790&lt;BR /&gt;OS Vendor: Microsoft.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This server is running Windows 2003 R2 Enterprise with SP2&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;any help would be great.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>

      <description>Ok so that was some bad typing.  When I select a server to use the Online Analysis option I get a window that says it will not launch the tool.  That is when I see the details saying the properties failed the conditions.  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am running the latest version of HP SIM 5.1 with HP PMP4.4 installed on the SIM server.  Is there something I am missing?  This is the first time I have used the product so Iâ  m sure it is something simple.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>I had a similar issue. What i found is there is a big difference between 5.0 PMP 4.13 and 5.1. PMP 4.3 or 4.4.  Licensing must first be configured for the server to be monitored. From the Admin page, you need to ensure that the system is logging then to look at the online analisys, you need to click on the PF option in SIM as it won't open from the drop down menu.  Let me know if this works the same for you.</description>
