SNMP Webagent missing

I have one server that is missing SNMP webagent settings from System Management Homepage, settings tab.

The server was earlier missing the SNMP service but I installed that and then reinstalled HP Insight Management Agents but the SNMP webagent settings are still not showing. Any help what should I check next?

Are any of the agent options disabled in the "HP Management Agents" applet in the Control panel?

Home page management works ok, except SNMP webagent settings are missing.

HP Management Agents applet in the Control panel shows following Inactive Agents:

Clustering Information
Rack Information
Remote Insight Information

All other are active.

HP Systems Insight Manager show the server as Unknown system type.

On the Server ,go to services--> snmp service properties-->Security
ensure your SIM server IP is present under "Accept SNMP packets from these hosts".

once done restart the SNMP service

I am having the same issue. I have checked the above settings are all are the same. I did add the ip address of the server into the security tab of the SNMP Service, but this slowed down the System Management Homepage and I received a timeout error. I changed it back to "Accept SNMP packets from any host".
