topic Just cannot repair agents in Server Management - Systems Insight Manager

Am running version 5.1 of SIM. I am attempting to repair agents. I do not use SSH. All systems are Windows. I have tried "Configure or repair agents" and "Replicate Agent settings". I can not even collect data from these systems. They do have the agent installed (various versions). I would like to repair them and have them communicate with SIM so I can deploy the current PSPs and trigger on events etc.
