      <description>Install 5.1 and discover some devices.&lt;BR /&gt;Then add new users with operator template.&lt;BR /&gt;So users login to SIM but can't see any devices&lt;BR /&gt;From my account all devices visible.&lt;BR /&gt;Then try to create user with full control permition, but problem (or feature) not resolved&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Users I create with my domain autorisation (if it someting mean)</description>

      <description>Check under Options-&amp;gt;Security-&amp;gt;Users and Authorizations then look at the Authorizations tab. Check the user has access to the correct tools&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;DOn't ferget you re points for the answer ,it next of the date of the message,now it ''Unassigned''</description>
