    <title>topic Remote Support??? in Server Management - Systems Insight Manager</title>

    <description>I have installed remote support into our SIM5.1 setup, but try as I might, I can only get it to pick up a hand full of servers (we have approx 100 HP Proliants of various age and warranty status) I have tried manually entering warranty info PID's etc... into the system properties, but still get blue circles. when I look at the remote support services tab of remote suport config it lists no servers, even though the CW column shows that there are servers that have been picked up.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I want to reinstall the whole thing from scratch, but as it was installed as part of SIM I am unsure of where to start with the uninstall, and don't have a separate install file for the remote support software, can anyone point me in the right direction?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks.</description>

      <description>Don't worry, worked it out, ran HPSIM setup again and got option to reinstall Remore Support Software Manager.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks anyway, your points are on their way!!</description>
