topic SNMP Traps not handled in Server Management - Systems Insight Manager

I'm sending SNMP traps from a Centera and from a Barionet device. I have set the accept unregistered events and discovered these systems. I can see the traps going to SIM using wireshark, but there are no events listed for these devices.

Are there just some traps that SIM will not handle? I've even setup SIM on a virgin test server and directed the traps to that server and they still aren't receieved. Is there anything else I can try?
