Because all such performance values are dependent on Management Agents, can you please verify the Agent version & check whether Agent is working fine on the given system ?

Thanks.

Performance Management Pack is showing a realy large average values for "Millisec/Read" , "Millisec/Write" and "Queue Length". I'm quite shure that these vaules must be wrong - performance monitor in Windows Server 2003 is showing minimal disk activity and visible control on the server looking at the leds confirms this. Did anybody experience a similar problem ?

Agent Version is 7.40.0.0 - I will apply the latest Version (7.8) and see if the problem persists.

In my case the Servers are runnig "Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Standard Edition Service Pack 1" and "Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Enterprise Edition Service Pack 1". In my point of view this seems not to be an issue with SP2 for Windows Server 2003.
