Hi,
I am not sure whether this going to help you. check it out

Go to Command mode from there create a user for eg: - C:\mxuser -a -g user -p full. Create an account of same name in o/s also. And you can login into HPSIM using this account. Going to secuirty setting of HPSIM you edit the HPSIM users. This is one way to login to HPSIM if you don't have any other user.

I am setting up Systems Insight Manager 5.1 with SP1 - Windows. When the group screen came up, I specified a groupd called admins. Now I know it should have been called Administrators, because I can not login via browser unless I place my user id in that group. Is there a way to change this and if so how?
