Hi,

we have some servers, which cannot send traps to our SIM ( 5.1 Linux ). I need an event, which sends me a mail, when the hardware-status changes from normal to whatever after a hardware-polling.
Any ideas?

Thanks,
Malte

But here, the SIM needs to get traps from the servers. It is not an event, when the status changes because of a hardware status polling. It is only an event, when a trap comes in.
