PMP is usually installed as part of HPSIM.
What version of PMP?
The version of PMP can be dependent on the version of HPSIM. e.g. PMP 4.4 needs HPSIM 5.1.

http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/servers/proliantessentials/valuepack/pmp/documentation.html
Is a link to all of the PMP documentation.

Once installed, PMP is just licensed for the servers you want to monitor. It changed in HPSIM 5.1, which I'm running, so I can't point you to the exact page, but it should show up as a PMP Management Page.
