The servers have a 10 digits SN and snmp is working, however i am not able to see the product number of the servers, what about the product number of the pieces attached to the server for example the Smart Array, or the memory. how can i see these P/N ?

Regards,

Only ProLiant servers with a 10 digit serial number have a product number; if your Win2k servers are older servers, the wouldn't have one. If these are ProLiant servers then SNMP is the mechanism that is used to collect it, not WMI.
