HP Sim not Starting and Database not connecting

Hi Hpsim 5.1 was installed and suddenly hpsim stopd working and after checking the logs indicate that hp installation has some issue ,
Hp sim reinstalled, hp sim starts working when e do mxinitconfig -a but after reboot the hpsim doesnt start and we have a backup of sim database and need to restore .
Note : hp sim5.1 is installed on rhelas3u8 .
