My SIM server has been running fine for months. In the past few weeks though, when I try to open the web page, I enter my valid name and PW, the browser goes blank and that is it where it stays. I can go to the server and try to do the same thing with the same results. I can restart the HP Systems Insight Manager service, and it will come back after some time - or, a reboot will do it. This happens almost daily. Thoughts?

Thoughts or guesses...
Anything changed?
Clear the JRE Cache files, Right Click the Java Icon, Open Console and clear cache. Or if there is no icon go to Control Panel.

I've not seen this and I've been running HPSIM since it was released.

I have started to reboot our HP SIM server one a week. Since starting this procedure, I have not had the no-response problem.

I hope that helps.
