Mistaken CPU Failure

One of my servers health is reported as minor in SIM. The system management homepage reports a dead CPU, but I know it's functioning. HP replaced the CPU and power regulator, flagged the BIOS CPU setting as repaired - yet the error persists. It even has load on it. Removed and reinstalled the PSP, but this did not fix the problem. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Have you marked it fixed in the Integrated Management Log?

1) set the Event to "CLEAR"
2) Delete the event from Database.

Cleared the IML, deleted all events related to the server in SIM. Still no luck.

Looks like you have to delete the server in SIM and rediscover it.

Removing the server from SIM didn't help. The system management homepage is still convinced that the CPU is dead.
