Cannot Register the Remote Support Configurationa and Services

Good day

I cannot submit and register the Remote Support Configurationa and Services.

I do not understand the manual when it says:
i must run this command:configureProxy -H [hostname] 8080 RUN_AUTH where [hostname}

but RUN_AUTH is an account but if hostname is my "proxy server name" then it wont be authenticated.

I have tried to enter my own user details as well.

I do not understand the: onfiugre the Web Proxy
settings on the CMS after the Remote Support Pack is installed on the CMS but before you register it.

Please assist.

Also for this to register it needs proxy server on "internet option" to be enabled.

And how do i enable the firewall and over what port.
