      <description>Hi, I'm trying to install the proliant support pack on to server, but this fails because the VC Agent is not installed. I thought the PSP installed the agent.</description>

      <description>That's what I thought, but it still complained, it's the first time I've seen this and due to time constraints, i loaded the VC agent manually.&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for the response.</description>
