Installed HP SIM 5.01.01 on a W2K3 server. Everything was working fine after the install. I was told that I had a security vulnerability with SQL and had to apply patch MS03-031. Now when I try to start HP SIM, I get the "Checking HTTP server status box, but it hangs there and doesn't go to the login screen. I checked the services and all HP services seems to be running ok. Is there something I am missing?

When the app was first installed, the login page would appear within seconds. I let it run (checking HTTP Server Status program) for up to 15 minues the last time and nothing happened.

I tried all the steps in that forum thread but I am still having the same problem. Again, all the issues started happeing after I applied MS03-031 to the server. Is anyone familiar with that service pack and what it does to the SQL environment?
