Disk array problem

I have a problem with my bay array disk. It is the 3rd hard disk which fall down. I think it the port which has the problem, but how to repair it ? the warranty if expired...

SCSI Port 1, Drive ID 1 HP Support Document ID c00677430: Ultra320 SCSI drive firmware should be upgraded.

SLOT 2 (ID 67072) MSA1000 Array Controller (Redundant to Slot 3 ID 67072) HP Support Document ID c00677849: MSA1500 firmware should be upgraded to fix false I2C errors, lockup issues, a surface analysis bug, unrecoverable read error bug, and performance problems. This issue does not affect MSA1000 enclosures.

I would recommend downloading Firmware Maintenance CD 7.9 from
http://h18007.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/27783.html?jumpid=reg_R1002_USEN

This will upgrade all Firmwares needed at one go !
