Checking HTTP server Status

I have just installed hp sim ver. 5.01 and at the time i started the aplication a small box appears indicating "Cheking HTTP Server status" it has a clock in it and never ends. What can I do?
Any suggestions?

Hi - Make sure that the backend SIM database is up and running.

I had the same problem, until i start the SQL Server Browsing Service
