Systems Insight Manager - SQL Server 2000 - Deadlock Error

I've noticed lately that I've been getting a lot of "Deadlock" errors in my SQL Server error logs. Is this something I need to look into further or just one of those many errors I should just let go past? Here's a copy of the error:

So, no one else is having this issue? I'm seeing this error about 5 times a day.
