HP SIM predefined subject

Hi ,
Is there a way to change the HP SIM predefined email notification subject.

I had a look in the globalsettings.props file , but from what I understand you can only change the order in which the email will show user defined subject vs predefined subject.

Ok that means that now I finally need to get the custom commands to work again :)

Since upgrade from 4.2 the custom commands haven't worked.

I've not had an issue with Custom Commands in V5, in fact they seem more reliable.

I use perl to do what you want to do, it reformats a message and then uses blat to actually send the e-mail.

There's a good section in the User Guide that covers off the variables sent by HPSIM to any Custom Command.
