    <description>Thanks David ,&lt;BR /&gt;Ok that means that now I finally need to get the custom commands to work again :)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Since upgrade from 4.2 the custom commands haven't worked.</description>

      <description>Hi ,&lt;BR /&gt;Is there a way to change the HP SIM predefined email notification subject.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I had a look in the globalsettings.props file , but from what I understand you can only change the order in which the email will show user defined subject vs predefined subject.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>I've not had an issue with Custom Commands in V5, in fact they seem more reliable.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I use perl to do what you want to do, it reformats a message and then uses blat to actually send the e-mail.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There's a good section in the User Guide that covers off the variables sent by HPSIM to any Custom Command.</description>
