    <description>we have storage essentials(standard) installed, however we now seem to have (in brackets) the word missing against our EVA 5000, however i am able to browes it and all it's associated componenets&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;why has this happend and how do i get rid of it</description>

      <description>SE lost contact to the EVA. Depends if you discover with SMI-S or SE Provider. Check the credentials. If you using SMI-S you can use webemdisco which comes with SIM to check if SMI-S login is o.k. rms</description>
