I have a couple of servers that are having issues loading the CPQHLTH.NLM after upgrading to 7.90A of the agents for Netware. The system console screen will indicate the following:

Module CPQHLTH.NLM load status SUB EXISTS

On the logger screen you will see various informational messages concerning what I believe are SNMP Traps.

Loading module CPQHLTH.NLM
HP ProLiant Server Health Driver Tier 1
Version 5.22 May 11, 2007
Copyright 2007 Hewlett-Packard Development Group, L.P.
SERVER-5.70-1590: Symbol already defined: ROMWellnessProc
SERVER-5.70-1590: Symbol already defined: LogEV
SERVER-5.70-1590: Symbol already defined: CPQDoIRC
SERVER-5.70-1590: Symbol already defined: CPQEventLogSupported
SERVER-5.70-1590: Symbol already defined: CPQLogEvent
SERVER-5.70-1590: Symbol already defined: CPQReadNextEventLogEntry
SERVER-5.70-1590: Symbol already defined: CPQModifyEventLogEntry
SERVER-5.70-1590: Symbol already defined: CPQChangeEventSeverity
SERVER-5.70-1590: Symbol already defined: CPQHlthGetHealthInfo
SERVER-5.70-1590: Symbol already defined: CPQHlthDeRegisterNMIHandler
SERVER-5.70-1590: Symbol already defined: CPQHlthRegisterNMIHandler
SERVER-5.70-1590: Symbol already defined: CPQHlthSetLCD
SERVER-5.70-1590: Symbol already defined: CPQHlthGetLCD
SERVER-5.70-1590: Symbol already defined: CPQHlthIMDWriteOnly
SERVER-5.70-1590: Symbol already defined: CPQHlthSetEV
SERVER-5.70-1590: Symbol already defined: CPQHlthGetEV
SERVER-5.70-1590: Symbol already defined: CPQHlthIICDoCommand
SERVER-5.70-1590: Symbol already defined: CPQClearEventLog
SERVER-5.70-1590: Symbol already defined: CPQClearIMDAlerts
SERVER-5.70-1590: Symbol already defined: CPQHlthConfigureFeature
SERVER-5.70-1590: Symbol already defined: CPQHealthEnableASR
SERVER-5.70-1590: Symbol already defined: CPQHealthDisableASR
SERVER-5.70-1590: Symbol already defined: CPQNLMInfoS
Error processing Public Records.
Module CPQHLTH.NLM NOT loaded
Module CPQHLTH.NLM load status PUB EXISTS

I can find NOTHING anywhere on the web or on HP's site that might shed some light on this issue.
