topic Cannot clear IML entries in Server Management - Systems Insight Manager

This is common to all my HP servers.

When i try to clear the IML nothing happens even if i check all the messages boxes. It makes Insight manager next to useless as it causes false positives in openview as i cannot mark faults as repaired.

any advice please?

Make sure the ProLiant Remote Monitor service is running.

This wouldn't be a blade server would it? I have this issue with all of my blades and the only way I can clear the IML logs is to log onto the server, open the homepage locally, and clear them from there.
