      <description>I want to install HP agent on DL385 with RedHat 4 U3 x86_64 operating system. The server has a disk failure. I have installed hpasm and hpsmh rpm package. I actived hpasm but on https://myhost:2381 is displayed "no failed/degraded items" . &lt;BR /&gt;Why? Somebody can help me?&lt;BR /&gt;thanks in advance&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Not too familiar with redhat, but try checking the status of the agents. Not near a console so no too sure of the actual command.&lt;BR /&gt;Also check you have the latest version of the agents installed. &lt;BR /&gt;</description>
