In SIM, go to Options - Remote Support Configuration and Services, then click on the Remote Support Services page. On this page you will see your Remote Support Eligible servers listed, 14 per page. So you will have as many pages as it takes to list all your servers. Just click on the Disable All link on each page. This will disable anything for these servers being sent to HP. When you are finished, just click on the Enable All link on each page and this will re-enable all your servers to communicate with HP.
