We have HP SIM 5.1 SP1 and HP Storage Essentials with SP4. The connector was working fine and SIM linked fine into Storage Essentials. After installing the Brocade SMI agent on the Storage Essentials box the connector is now broken and when we try to load SE from SIM we get a can't load page error.

After uninstalling the connector we can load and use SE fine in a standalone manner. However when we reinstall the connector it completes successfully but we can not load SE from the SIM link.

Any ideas?

Now when I try to load HP SE from HP SIM it starts another web page but then just loads the SIM home page instead of storage essentials.

ben,

I am having the same problem as you, but I am running SIM 5.1 and SE 5.0.1 SP3. Did you ever find a resolution to your issue?

Not really. We were told to reinstall the Service Packs. However we're now going to install 6.0 instead.
