My VCRM had a whole list of new files that failed to download this last wkd. Looks like HP released PSP 7.91A. I wish they'd save PSP's for major updates and bugfixes. We all have to configure our VCRM's everytime a new PSP comes along... then go back a prune old stuff which is a huge pain in the @ss.. rant off. :-)

We auto download updates once per week to our repository. We have been getting this so called critical error for the last couple months on an Integrity update file that appears to not exist on HP's end. Anybody know of a way to rid this sucker?

Text of trap:
"VCRM log entry: https://MLTPSOM40:2381/vcrepository/log?entryId=VCRM1195370072
Error for file: cp006198.exe
Error code: 12003
An extended error was returned from the server.550 /pub/servers/software/WindowsIntegrity/cp006198.exe: No such file or directory"

Did downloaded the mentioned files manually and inserted them in repository folder.
Now, no new, applicable files have to be downloaded and all seems to run fine.

Not the ideal way, but it could be a possible way...

Regards

Jimmy

That idea is so obvious, why didn't I think of it. Thanks, I just downloaded the problem child and we'll see if the update runs OK next time.
