HP SIM & SE - HTTP Status 500 Error

Storage Essentials 5.1.0

I recently removed all discovery groups and systems and restarted the server only to find the following error -

I cannot now access the Storage Essentials component from the Tools dropdown menu.

Did you ever resolve this? I have this same error and have tried everything but still can't get the storage essentials pages to load.
