    <description>You really should not see any performance issues, I wouldn't think.  We only have about a fifth of what you have, but most of ours is over a wide area and I have restarted SIM service many times during the day with no noticeable change in network performance.</description>

      <description>Hi there,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does restarting SIM service send out polling requests to each element and is this likely to slow network in any way?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have 1000+ elements and I want to make sure that restarting during the day will not cause network performance issues.</description>
