Error when we integrate SIM With SD

Hi All,
i have integrated HPSIM 5.0 with Service Desk 4.5 SP21.But in the integration part,when we run the custom command service desk event on all servers,the following error has occured.
i am sending you the snapshot of this problem for your review.Please suggest me how to diagnose this problem.

Hi

Try to put the command line between " "followed by the parameter like this :
"C:\Program Files\Hewlett Packard\Openview\service desk 4.5\event\bin\hpsimsde.exe" -l

I have put this command on the command prompt but its not working.
So can you put more efford to diagnose this problem.
